Best Colon Cleansing

December 8th, 2007

Colon cleansing is the latest rage in the health and weight loss industry. Doctors have been on both sides of the fence about this topic, agreeing in some cases, while some deny that a colon cleanse is even necessary. The fact of the matter is though that hundreds of thousands of indivuduals have now gone through the process of a good colon cleaning and most of these people swear by the process, not just as a weight loss solution but also for the amount of energy they now have, as well as feeling better both physically and mentally.

Personally, it’s difficult for me to understand why any doctor wouldn’t recommend an ocassional colon cleanse in order to remove any fecal matter that had become lodged and didn’t want to come out on its own. Also, it’s a proven fact that harmful parasites can actually live, grow and breed within the walls of your colon. Do you really want parasites living anywhere inside your body? Wouldn’t you be willing to do just about anything, within reason of course, to get them out if you knew they were living inside your body? I know that I would, regardless of what anyone else said.

I read recently that John Wayne had over 40 lbs of fecal matter in his colon at the time of his passing. Elvis Presley had 60 lbs in his. Scary!

Some of the best colon cleansing products can now be purchased online without a prescription. There are several that are actually very popular such as, Bowtrol, Colonix, Oxy-Powder, Dual Action Cleanse, etc, to name a few.

If you suspect that a colon cleanse might be part of your health problems then you should get more information about the process and do a thorough product review before you buy any bowel cleansing product.
